Our delivery guarantee is calculated based upon a 10:00am PST order cut-off. All orders placed after 10:00am are considered placed the following business day for calculation purposes. For example, an order placed on the 1st of the month at 10:30am would be guaranteed to arrive on the 9th of the month and an order placed at 9:30am on the 1st of the month would be guaranteed to arrive on the 8th of the month. If an order is placed after 10:00am on a Friday or over the weekend, the delivery guarantee is calculated from the following Monday. Holidays and weekends are not counted as business days.

Order placed using PriceWaiter are not eligible for the delivery incentive.
Back-Ordered or Out-of-Stock items are NOT eligible for any of our Quick Delivery Options. In the event that one or more of the products you ordered is on back-order, we will notify you as soon as possible and you will have the opportunity to cancel or change your order as long as you notify us prior to shipment
Orders shipped via Truck are not eligible for the Quick Delivery credit. We do not always know when orders will be shipped via Truck. These orders will still ship as quickly as possible, but due to freight policies, they cannot be expedited.
We cannot be responsible for delays due to extreme weather conditions or delays with UPS/FedEx.
Due to holiday schedules of parcel companies and warehouse closures, we
cannot guarantee delivery times from Wednesday, December 21st through
Monday, January 2nd. Orders will still be processed, shipped, and you will be notified as quickly as possible. You may still receive your order within the
specified delivery time frame.
We cannot be responsible for delays in shipping due to invalid delivery address entries. Please no P.O. Boxes.

Our Quick Delivery Guarantee is only offered on standard products. Special lamping, custom finishes, made-to-order products, and Bulbs are NOT eligible for a Quick Delivery credit.
